The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has canceled the Jackson Blue Spring and Merritts Mill Pond Basin Management Action Plan Meeting scheduled for Sept. 25, 2024, due to Tropical Storm Helene. A new date will be announced soon.

This is a public meeting on interested stakeholders to discuss the Jackson Blue Spring and Merritts Mill Pond Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). A public meeting will be held in-person on  Sept. 26, 2024  at 10 a.m. CDT. The presentation will focus on the upcoming BMAP updates, including, but not limited to, topics on responsible entity requirements and BMAP update next steps.
