Annual Land Management Review Team findings and the Land Management Uniform Accounting Council 2023 Annual Report.

Consider whether 19 acres of state-owned land managed by the Florida Forest Service as part of Point Washington State Forest is no longer needed for conservation purposes and is exchanged for approximately 50 acres of property owned by the Walton County School Board.

Consider project evaluation reports for the Chunky Pond, Deer Creek Ranch, Ford Marsh, Lake Powell North, Little Pine Ranch, Myakka Ranch, Trailhead Blue Springs, Venus Project, Waccasassa Bay Headwaters, Welles Ranch, and Yarborough Ranch 2023 Cycle 2 Florida Forever proposals.

 

Vote on whether to add eleven 2023 Cycle 2 Florida Forever project proposals to the 2024 Florida Forever Priority List.

Consider a request to remove 8,991 acres from the Matanzas to Ocala Conservation Corridor project boundary and 1,213 acres from the Northeast Florida Blueway Florida Forever project boundary.

Vote on whether to amend the Aucilla/Wacissa Watershed Florida Forever project boundary to add one parcel totaling approximately 305 acres in Jefferson County with a tax assessed market value of $610,531.

Vote on whether to amend the Pinhook Swamp Florida Forever project boundary to add six parcels totaling approximately 523 acres in Columbia County with a tax assessed market value of $546,052.

Vote on whether to amend the Pinhook Swamp Florida Forever project boundary to add four parcels totaling approximately 456 acres in Columbia County with a tax assessed market value of $1,393,902.

Vote on whether to amend the Apalachicola River Florida Forever project boundary to add five parcels totaling approximately 665 acres in Jackson County with a tax assessed market value of $966,282.

Vote on whether to amend the Strategic Managed Area Lands List Florida Forever project boundary for the Florida Forest Service to add one parcel totaling approximately 16 acres in Pasco County with a tax assessed market value of $108,046.

Consider boundary amendments for the Archie Carr Sea Turtle Refuge, Belle Meade, Catfish Creek, Coupon Bight/Key Deer, Dade County Archipelago, Dickerson Bay/Bald Point, Lochloosa Wildlife, South Walton County Ecosystem, and Spruce Creek Florida Forever projects.

Consider a staff recommendation to remove the Arbuckle Creek Watershed, Charlotte Harbor Estuary, Horse Creek Ranch, South Walton County Ecosystem, Telogia Creek, Tiger Island/Little Tiger Island and Triple Diamond Florida Forever projects from the 2024 Florida Forever Priority List.
