FCT Annual Revenue Report

Any revenue-generating activities conducted on the FCT sites  need to be reviewed and approved by FCT staff prior to commencement of the activity. Any revenue collected by the Sponsor on the site should be used for the management of the project site. Any third party revenue also needs to be reported, and if appropriate, a qualified management contract should be executed between the Sponsor and the vendor.  
 
Revenue must be tracked and reported annual. Revenue should be tracked beginning July 1st through June 30th. Please submit the Florida Communities Trust Florida Forever Annual Revenue Report no later than July 31st each year.
