The Department is amending this rule chapter to update the scoring system for assessing project eligibility for inclusion in the Statewide Flooding and Sea Level Rise Resilience Plan, consistent with legislative amendments to Section 380.093, F.S., that took effect on July 1, 2025. A Notice of Rule Development was published in the F.A.R. on July 31, 2025.
