Exhibit M, Match Expenditure Monitoring Form. Only applicable for grant agreements funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds with Match Requirements (23FRP grant agreements). The Exhibit M only applies for projects that are not completed by the ARPA grant agreement expiration date and therefore project progress, match fund expenditures, and final deliverables are monitored until project completion and submission to DEP.
