"Pollutants" as regulated by Chapters 62-761, F.A.C., and 62-762, F.A.C., are defined in Chapter 376.301(36), F.S., as "including any "product" as defined in 377.19(23), F.S., pesticide, as defined in Section 487.021(49), F.S., ammonia, chlorine, and derivatives thereof, excluding liquefied petroleum gas."
The State of Florida requires that anyone who is operating mobile waste tire processing equipment shall operate pursuant to a General Permit for each processing unit.
