The Department held an in-person Rule Development Workshop at the DEP Douglas Building, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd, Conference Room 137, Tallahassee, FL 32399-3000 on Chapter 62-788, Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credit (VCTC) Rulemaking on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
Based upon requests received by the Department from stakeholders and interested parties, the Department is extending the comment period to Friday, November 14, 2025.
