The Department held an in-person Rule Development Workshop at the DEP Douglas Building, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd, Conference Room 137, Tallahassee, FL 32399-3000 on Chapter 62-788, Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credit (VCTC) Rulemaking on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
