A public meeting for the draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) renewal permit for the Florida Power & Light Turkey Point Power Plant located near Florida City, Florida. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has reviewed and modified the permit, adding environmental monitoring, as well as expanding maintenance and environmental management requirements. This draft permit expands the provisions of the current permit by including:
