DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public input on the draft amendments to subsections 62-621.300(4) and (6), F.A.C., the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction Generic Permit (CGP), Notice of Intent and Notice of Termination. The proposed changes to the NPDES CGP and supporting forms include a new structure and format, the introduction of new requirements based on the 2022 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency CGP, and permit requirements that are more clear and specific for both the regulated community and regulatory entities.

In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above; it will also be conducted virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials will be available on the webpage below.
