DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., entitled "Environmental Resource Permitting" to create a new rule for a General Permit for Seagrass Restoration. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to discuss and receive public input on the development of proposed amendments to portions of Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., and the new Rule 62-330.637, F.A.C. DEP is hosting this public workshop for in-person attendees at the physical address listed above, as well as virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials are posted on the webpage below.
