DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop is being held to discuss and receive public input on proposed amendments to Chapter 62-342, F.A.C., Mitigation Banks. The proposed revisions will provide additional clarity and predictability to the existing rules, increase consistency between the state and federal programs for mitigation bank permittees, and update the standards for financial assurance, a statutorily required component in the establishment and operation of a mitigation bank.
In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above; the workshop will also be conducted virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials will be made available on the webpage below.
