Proposed Revisions to Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP), Rule 62-296.513, F.A.C., Surface Coating of Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Rule Amendments

On September 27, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), published a  Final approval to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP), Rule 62-296.513, F.A.C., Surface Coating of Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Rule Amendments (89 FR 79147).

On July 30, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), published a proposed approval to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP), Rule 62-296.513, F.A.C., Surface Coating of Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Rule Amendments (89 FR 61005).

On October 12, 2022, the Department submitted the final proposed revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP).

On August 31, 2022, the Department submitted a proposed revision (Pre-Hearing Submittal) to Florida's SIP. This proposed SIP revision consists of amendments that provide alternatives to the Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products (MMPP) requirements for aerospace parts and products coating operations by cross-referencing the requirements of the federal National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), 40 CFR part 63, Subpart GG, adopted by reference in Rule 62-204.800, F.A.C.
