The Department is revising four rules under Chapter 62-297, F.A.C. (Stationary Sources – Emissions Monitoring): 62-297.310 (General Emissions Test Requirements); 62-297.320 (Standards for Persons Engaged in Visible Emissions Observations); 62-297.440 (Supplementary Test Procedures); and 62-297.450 (EPA VOC Capture Efficiency Test Procedures). The revisions will update multiple EPA Guidance reference materials previously adopted by reference with electronic links to those reference materials, update language in reference to copyrighted American Petroleum Institute standards which are currently referenced in the Rule 62-297.440, F.A.C., and to conform the adoption by reference rule language to Department of State requirements, together with other corrective and clarifying amendments.
