EPA Final Partial Approval of Florida’s SIP Submittal for Chapter 62-210, F.A.C., Stationary Sources – General Requirements, July 7, 2025
On July 7, 2025, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on August 15, 2023. The revision removed certain Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR)-related definitions, and CAIR-related portions of certain definitions, in the Stationary Sources—General Requirements chapter of the Florida SIP because they had become obsolete.
