Statements of Agency Organization and Operation (“Statement”) are maintained as required by Sections 120.54, Florida Statutes and Chapter 28-101, Florida Administrative Code. These Statements are intended to assist the public in understanding how the Department of Environmental Protection and the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund operate and how they are organized.
