Storage Tank Compliance

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulates underground and aboveground petroleum storage tank systems (USTs and ASTs) under Rule 62-762, Florida Administrative Code, for ASTs greater than 550 gallons and Rule 62-761, F.A.C. for USTs greater than 110 gallons.
