The attached list of individuals have qualified as DEP PMTs under section 403.9329(2), F.S. They have demonstrated to the Department a sufficient level of competence to assure that they are able to conduct mangrove trimming in a manner that will ensure survival of the mangroves that are trimmed. Additionally, the Department has determined the below PMTs possess the knowledge and ability to correctly identify and trim mangroves. As part of their DEP qualification, they have provided a minimum of 10 successfully completed mangrove trimming projects which were verified for compliance.

For further information on how to become a DEP Qualified PMT, please submit the PMT application and necessary supporting documentation to SLERC@FloridaDEP.gov.
