Florida's Maintenance Plan for the Hillsborough County Lead (Pb) Maintenance Area
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is proposing a revision to Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the federal Clean Air Act (CAA). This SIP revision consists of a request to approve a second maintenance plan that will ensure the continued attainment of the 2008 Lead (Pb) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in Hillsborough County through at least 2038.
