Management Plans and Plan Amendments

Land management plans for properties 160 acres or less must meet the same requirements as properties greater than 160 acres with the exception that they are not required to be developed with input from an advisory group. These plans are submitted to the council for review and recommendations.

Negative Response Requests

Brevard County Beach Access Sites
Brevard County has submitted updated management plans for four additional beach access sites. The County manages each of these sites under Trustees' Lease No. 3485.
 
 
The Division of State Lands will approve these management plans unless three ARC members ask the Division to place any or all the documents on a future Council meeting agenda. The deadline for ARC members to make this request is December 5, 2024.
