Land management plans for properties 160 acres or less must meet the same requirements as properties greater than 160 acres with the exception that they are not required to be developed with input from an advisory group. These plans are submitted to the council for review and recommendations at the request of three or more council members.
Negative Response Requests
Management Plans and Plan Amendments are posted on Thursdays for a two-week review period, except for State or Federal holidays. At the request of three or more ARC members, items on negative response may be placed on the next ARC agenda for review. Absent this request, the items are approved by delegated authority to the Division of State Lands.
