This is an educational publication offering information on post and rope fence design and construction practices that conform to the state of Florida permit requirements for minor structures constructed seaward of the coastal construction control line (CCCL). It includes general requirements for the protection of the beach and dune system, upland property and beach access, and specific requirements for sea turtle protection.
