Guidelines to Local Governments for Emergency Temporary Coastal Armoring and other Post-Storm Emergency Measures Seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line.  This guidance document offers instructions to local governments that will be implementing portions of Florida's coastal armoring policies in Section 161.085, Florida Statutes, for the post-storm permitting of temporary protective measures such as sand placement, sandbags and temporary seawalls.
