In this document you will find instructions for using the Department's online GIS map browser - Map Direct to view Coastal Construction Control Line map information, including locations of the control line, CCCL permits and applications, General Permit Lines and other information. Specific guidance is offered to realtors and purchasers of beachfront properties for determining if your property is seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line, as required by Florida's Coastal Property Disclosure law in section 161.57, Florida Statutes. You will be able to create and print maps with this information.
