The Monroe County Fire Academy is located at:
US-1This facility uses aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) on a limited basis twice each year. The foam is applied on both the ground and on impervious surfaces. Water from the impervious surfaces flows into an on-site retention pond. Approximately 20 persons are trained each session. The facility is served by a municipal water supply system. Less than 100 gallons of AFFF is stored on-site.
