Potable Reuse 2nd Rulemaking Public Workshop

The Department of Environmental Protection is holding a public meeting to present amendments in Chapters 62-610, 62-625, 62-550, and 62-555, F.A.C., to update the chapters to be consistent with other Title 62 chapters, correct regulatory references, clarify current language, and require electronic submittal of annual reuse reports through the business portal.

These updates are included in Phase 2 of a two-phase rulemaking effort to adopt recommendations of the Potable Reuse Commission's 2020 report "Advancing Potable Reuse in Florida: Framework for the Implementation of Potable Reuse in Florida" as required by Florida's Clean Waterways Act of 2020.
