The Office of Business Planning’s budget, contracts, grants and training staff supports the Division of Air Resource Management by overseeing:
Management of the division’s budget, including developing annual legislative budget requests, purchasing, grant management and maintenance of the financials of Florida’s Title V program
Development of Florida’s federal work plan and related grant applications and commitments, and coordinating with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on grant and funding activities
Development and consistent implementation of the division’s Specific Operating Agreements with local air programs
Implementation of training initiatives, including the development of the division’s Employee Development Plan and coordinating with EPA and the Southeastern States Air Resource Managers group on statewide training initiatives
