SIP 2022-04 FL-169 Partial Withdrawal Letter 2024 62-204.340, F.A.C.
Withdrawal letter submitted to EPA on January 5, 2024. EPA is in the process of evaluating Florida’s proposed amendments to Rule 62-204.340, F.A.C., as a component of FL-169. After further analysis of the provisions of Rule 62-204.340, F.A.C., as currently adopted into Florida’s SIP, the Department has determined that further consideration of past state rule revisions to Rule 62-204.340, F.A.C., could lead to a more effective approach to revising this rule within Florida’s SIP. In the interest of proceeding expeditiously with other elements of FL-169, Florida hereby requests that EPA withdraw Florida’s requested amendments to Rule 62-204.340, F.A.C., as reflected in Florida SIP 2022-04.
