Join us for a bird count throughout the day at Lignumvitae-Long Key, including the Lignumvitae Key Aquatic Preserve.

Options for participation include:

  1. Joining a team to either count by car and/or foot along Lower Matacumbe and Long Key.
  2. Paddling along the shorelines, using your own canoe, kayak or paddleboard.

Anyone joining the count will be provided with virtual training and then share the data they collect. If you are interested in joining, please contact Nicholas Parr for details.
