The DEP Coral Reef Conservation Program is holding its biannual, two-day meeting of its Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAC will be advising the Southeast Florida Coral Reef Initiative (SEFCRI) on its mission to develop and support the implementation of an effective strategy to preserve and protect southeast Florida’s coral reefs and associated reef resources, emphasizing balance between resource use and protection, in cooperation with all interested parties.
Specifically, the TAC will be reviewing and advising on current and upcoming SEFCRI Local Action Strategies and TAC projects.
