Please note: this is the public hearing date that was originally scheduled for May 13, 2024, but was canceled due to storm impacts in the Tallahassee area.
DEP is proposing amendments to Chapter 62-6, F.A.C., "Permits and Inspections," to clarify the permit related review and inspection requirements for performance-based treatment systems in Rule 62-6.027, F.A.C. This public hearing is being held in response to a Notice of Unadopted Rule Challenge Letter received by DEP.
The public hearing will provide an opportunity for affected persons to present evidence and argument on the proposed amendments under consideration. The public hearing will not adjudicate rights and will not be adversarial in nature.
