DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public comments on proposed amendments to Rules 62-6.001, 62-6.002, 62-6.003, 62-6.024, 62-6.027 and 62-6.030, F.A.C., to update regulatory requirements and definitions, and create a new Rule 62-6.024, F.A.C., relating to private provider inspectors and updated forms. In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above; it will also be conducted virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials will be available on the webpage below.
