Under 40 CFR 76.9 and Rules 62-214.320 and 62-214.330, F.A.C., the owner or operator of each affected coal-fired utility unit subject to 40 CFR part 76 must include a Phase II NOx Compliance Plan for NOx emissions in the Acid Rain Part Application for that unit.
