Details
The Lake Jackson 2nd Annual Cleanup will take place rain or shine. The event is a Bring Your Own Vessel (all outboards, mud boats and paddlecraft are welcome). Gloves, mesh or plastic bags, water, trash buckets, and Lake Jackson Aquatic Preserve swag will be available at the registration table at Miller Landing. Trash will be picked up lake-wide and will target the lake's six boat landings. Trash in buckets and bags will be disposed of at a dumpster stationed at Miller Landing. Be sure to bring sun and weather protection, closed-toe shoes, required boat-safety equipment, reusable water bottles and, of course, your enthusiasm and passion for one of Tallahassee's aquatic gems! Space is unlimited, but please register at this link: https://form.jotform.com/200554895275059.
