- 40 CFR Part 264, Subpart H (2013 Edition) - annotated version
- This Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), forms the foundation of most DEP Solid Waste financial assurance requirements, and is adopted by reference in Paragraph 62-701.630(6)(b), F.A.C.
