eAOR Updates - Reported Issues

The purpose of this page is to track issues and solutions with the new 2026 upgrade to the eAOR sysem.

eAOR will be down for a few days while we resolve these issues. Once the system is back online, you may want to delete any In Progress AORs you have (as they will contain inaccurate prefilled data) and start with a new one. 

eAOR Facility – Reported Issues

• The dropdown fields for Primary and Secondary Control on the Pollutant details grid only display the code and not the full description. For a list of code descriptions, go here.
• Several fields on the SCC/Pollutant details grid may not be prefilling the correct data from your last year’s AOR. Please make sure you carefully review this data and update it if necessary.
• The Facility Contact may not be prefilling the correct information. It was reported by a user that the Facility Contact prefilled on their AOR was ended several years ago. Please make sure you carefully review this data and update it if necessary.   
• The Calculation Worksheet is not importing the previous year’s data. We are working on a fix for this issue so users do not have to recreate the data and formulas on the Calculation Worksheet.
• The Facility and Emissions Unit Status dropdown fields are not prefilling and when you select the dropdown on those fields to update the information, nothing displays.
