DRAFT Florida Beneficiary Mitigation Plan Updates & Amendments
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is providing availability of the Draft Updates to Florida’s Beneficiary Mitigation Plan under the Volkswagen Settlement’s Environmental Mitigation Trust for State Beneficiaries (Final Trust Agreement) for a public comment period of thirty (30) days.
